Initially taking on the role of catering manager, she quickly ascended to the position of Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing the diverse food and beverage operations at Morgan Creek. She works closely with a skilled team of managers responsible for the kitchen, restaurant, and catering departments. Together, they are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that every guest's experience at Morgan Creek is memorable.
With a deep-seated passion for the golf industry, Karen has spent a significant part of her career immersed in the field, cultivating a thorough appreciation for it.
