Upon completing a tour, knowing what you would like to host we can create a personalized estimate based on your specific wedding needs and date. Following the confirmation of your wedding booking, a few months prior to your wedding we will invite you to join us for a detailing appointment. Here we will itemize your very special day by creating a custom floor plan, and custom banquet event order that captures your personal taste and vision. We will be with you throughout the entire planning process. We look forward to meeting engaged couples and their families, as they plan their life-long adventure together.

With a rich history of orchestrating events in downtown Vancouver, notably at The Sutton Place Hotel, Kylie has successfully planned and executed countless events, ranging from laid-back receptions to sophisticated plated dinners. Outside of her professional life, Kylie is deeply rooted in the community, living with her husband and their two daughters, who share a passion for dance.

Originally from a quaint farming town in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, he journeyed far and wide across the US, fueled by his love for sports. An aficionado of baseball, an enthusiast for hiking, and a fitness fanatic. After being captivated by the breathtaking West Coast landscapes and the mild climate, he knew he had found his new home in South Surrey.
